Industry Familiarization Workshop: The essence of professional education lies in rendering employment and providing a suitable candidate to the relevant industry. However, fresh graduates have limited interaction with the industry and lack work experience. Hence, familiarization with the nuances of the industry in general and specific sectors in particular is crucial.
Career Sketch engages professionals and corporate from real life to discuss about industries of students’ interest. Learning happens through a two-way interaction between participants and facilitators.
Functional Skill Training: A workshop is conducted by an established professional trainer to orient & train students in the skills required for various job-related functions. The workshop is on the lines of vocational training that can supplement students’ academic learning.
Aptitude Testing: Success in any recruitment process is directly proportionate to the degree of self-awareness. A mismatch between aspirations & skills makes it difficult to find the right job. Career Sketch partners with students in discovering their aptitude & aspirations, and maps them to an appropriate career path, resulting in a long-lasting successful career.
